Latvia
Alison had the opportunity to visit Latvia with a Latvian friend from Brussels. There she spent several days exploring the capital city of Riga, famous for its Art Nouveau architecture and UNESCO designated Old Town. Then, the friends took a train out to the countryside where they spent several days living like locals with a Latvian Grandma. Frequent walks in the peaceful forest and a trip to the untouched seaside, made Alison add Latvia to her motorhome destination wish list for our upcoming travels.
