We’ve been interested in sustainability as it relates to food for several years now, but thinking sustainably in other aspects of our lives has been a more recent process. In addition to our personal minimalism goals, we’re trying to make our footprint on the globe minimal as well, by consuming less and creating less waste. We’re also discovering what we put on our bodies is as important as what we put in our bodies. We’re gradually saying good-bye to harmful chemicals, and hello to homemade, natural products. It’s a process, but we hope to share some of our achievements with you soon.
