Auvergne is a hidden gem in central France. We didn’t know what to expect in our visit, but we were amazed by what we found. Mountains, fields, cows (lots of cows), rivers, and beautiful views around almost every corner. Home to five AOP cheeses and other delectable food items, it is a place worth stopping and visiting for a day (or a week).
