Foie Gras
I stumbled upon this interesting list on one of the foodie blogs in my RSS reader. I thought it would be a fun experiment to see how many foods I’ve actually tried. If you want to give it a go too, post your link in the comments so we can all compare.
Instructions:
1) Copy this list into your blog or journal, including these instructions.
2) Bold all the items you’ve eaten.
3) Cross out any items that you would never consider eating.
4) Optional extra: Post a comment at www.verygoodtaste.co.uk linking to your results.

There are definitely a few things I would add to this list. From Belgium I would add:

moelleux au chocolat
From Canada (and North America in general) I would add:
- home-made Mac and Cheese
- real Canadian Maple Syrup
- corn on the cob
- A whole East-coast lobster you have to crack open yourself.
My other additions:
- A crepe from a street vendor in Paris
- wild mushrooms
- a wine that is more than 20 years old
- Tartiflette
- Pasta made from scratch
- Pig’s Trotters
- Spanish Tortilla
- Thin-crust wood-oven pizza
- Moelleux au Chocolat
What would you add to the list?

I haven’t had even half of the list but I’d add:
1. Tuna Tartare – the best I’ve ever had was at Nougatine by Jean Georges in NYC.
2. Poutine
3. Angry Tuna Sushi (crispy tempura outer shell)
4. Pad Thai
5. Suwanna Yellow Chicken Curry

Poutine is number 59
I would definitely agree with the other choices and also add sushi pizza which I forgot… This is getting to be a long list

Right now I’m feeling too lazy to do this, altough I will be back to take a look, I’m sure.
My most important question to you is which kind of waffle? Brussels or Liege? (Brusselse Waffel or Leukse Waffel)
